Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order.
Production time
Every Veramour piece is made to order in the USA. Production takes 2–3 business days before your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–8 business days.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as your package ships.
Ordering for a special date?
During holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Christmas, anniversaries), we recommend ordering at least 10 days ahead to allow for carrier delays.
Delays & lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your package appears lost, email us at support@shopveramour.com — we will investigate with the carrier and make it right, including a free replacement where appropriate.
Address changes
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
